How long does it take for my order to be ready?

Depending on the size and complexity of your order it can take up to 24 hours for it to be completed, usually however it is ready to be delivered within 1 hour, simple Orders within 5 minutes. If you havent received your order within 1 day, please reach out to us

Yes we do. We like to serve customers regardless of their point of origin, thats why we offer our service worldwide and deliver on all regions

Do you deliver on consoles?

We currently do not. All deliveries are made face to face on PC.

Why are some products tagged with [OTD]?

These items are our promotional One Time Deals! That means the picture you see directly reflects the item you receive, its instantly deliverable, and usually discounted from its regular products price. However it can only be bought once, first come first served!

Why are some products tagged with [SCL], [SCNL], [HCL]?

These tags are used for One Time Deals and Rares & Crafts and they indicate the core the item is on. [SCL] = Softcore Ladder, [SCNL] = Softcore Non-Ladder, [HCL] = Hardcore Ladder
